• We look for individual investments in carve-out units/companies with revenues from €25 million to €250 million
• We focus on investments in companies located in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• We invest in
- Media & Telecommunications
- Retail & Consumer Goods
- Business-to-Business Services
- Technologically Comprehensive Manufacturing

• We target investment opportunities which have
- an established position in their relevant markets,
- a proven ability to create positive cash flows,
- a clear business logic and a performance improvement potential

• We support management teams and companies that are in a need for transformation,
such as
- dramatically changing market environment due to technological changes, innovations, industry consolidation, internationalization of business model
- underperforming companies due to operational, management or shareholder issues
- high urgency for fast-track restructuring and performance improvement
- need for new industrial concept and strategic realignment

• We avoid
- company start-ups (venture capital)
- participation in auctions without industry concept and lack of exclusive support of management team or corporate seller
- selected industries where we cannot contribute significant industry expertise (e.g., in biotechnology, real estate, infrastructure, metals and mining, banking and insurance industry or public sector)
